Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Harper Intake, an AI-receptionist service operated by Reynolds Ventures Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service or interacting with our AI receptionist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of the service
Harper Intake answers phone calls on behalf of the business you contacted, captures the details of your request, sends confirmations and service-related messages, and routes information to that business. The service may record and transcribe calls to operate and improve, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our role
Harper Intake is a tool operated by Reynolds Ventures Inc. that facilitates communication between you and the business you contacted. Reynolds Ventures Inc. is not a party to, and is not responsible for, the underlying products, services, agreements, estimates, or work provided by that business. Any dispute regarding the underlying service is between you and that business.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service;
- Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization; or
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will be delivered without delay.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reynolds Ventures Inc. and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio.
